Women in Tech WNY returns March 26, 2026 for a half-day experience bringing together women across Western New York's growing tech ecosystem.

This is the fifth year TechBuffalo has hosted Women in Tech WNY, which is designed to spark connections, share real stories, and highlight the women shaping what's next in tech, business, and innovation. TechBuffalo will welcome over 20 incredible speakers, sharing their stories and lending their talents.
The day kicks off with registration at noon. It will open with keynote speaker, Linda Tai, M&T Bank’s Chief Information Officer.
Then, it’s breakout sessions – spanning AI, applied skills, career growth, and more. Attendees will come back together for a final panel featuring several women detailing their career paths into the tech world.
